Blue Ocean Academy (BOA) is established in the year June, 2000 and registered under Manipur Societies Registration Act 1989 bearing registration number 227/SR/IW/03 of 31st March 2003. At present, the head office of BOA is located at Keishampat Junction, Opp. CCPur Parking, Imphal West, Manipur State-795001 and the branch office at Thoubal. The BOA is first and one of the oldest Institutions in the field of Fashion Designing is established
in Manipur.
